HOW DOES DIYA LIFE COACHING WORK?
Coaching is essentially a truth-seeking conversation. My goal is to help unlock the best version of yourself so you can live a life full of confidence, authenticity, and purpose. I serve as a guide, helping you navigate your own journey to maximizing joy and creating an amazing life - as you define it. I do this by building trust and understanding you, and by serving as a reflection mirror for you to discover your own core beliefs. By asking powerful and curious questions, we move forward and create change.
I seek the truth in each client -- because that is what fuels growth and creativity.
I want people to become so confident in themselves that they don't hold themselves back.
My goal as your coach is to support you by asking challenging questions and encouraging you to push outside your comfort zone. I typically recommend that we work together for at least 8 sessions to ensure we have enough time to work through any inner blocks that are holding you back. Our program begins with a complimentary 30-minute session where you identify barriers and outline focused goals. Then, we work together on the next steps.


STEP 1
AWARENESS OF LIMITING BELIEFS
During the first few sessions, coaching will help you see which limiting beliefs are blocking you from achieving your goals. Once we have helped identify the patterns that are restricting you, we can then work on achieving the goals you have identified. I like to first focus on understanding how you view yourself and the world around you.


STEP 2
REFLECTION TO OVERCOME THE BELIEFS
In the next sessions, I will work with you to develop patterns to help you overcome these beliefs and achieve breakthroughs. These patterns will become regular habits that you can use for the rest of your life.


STEP 3
REINFORCE PATTERNS TO ACHIEVE GOALS
The rest of our sessions will focus on reinforcing your new patterns and using them to achieve the goals you set forth in the beginning of our program. As you achieve goals, I will help celebrate your successes and think about your next level of achievements. By the end of our time together, you will gain the resources you are seeking to perform at your best!
