Awareness of limiting beliefs
During the first few sessions, coaching will help you see which limiting beliefs are blocking you from achieving your goals. Once we have helped identify the patterns that are restricting you, we can then work on achieving the goals you have identified. I like to first focus on understanding how you view yourself and the world around you.
Reinforce patterns to achieve goals
The rest of our sessions will focus on reinforcing your new patterns and using them to achieve the goals we set. As you achieve goals, I will help celebrate your successes and think about your next level of achievements. By the end of our time together, you will gain the resources you are seeking to perform at your best
